Amendments to the 规则 of the 董事会 on Professional Responsibility

On July 25, 2024, the 董事会 on Professional Responsibility approved amendments to 董事会 规则 3.11, 4.2, 7.1, 7.6, 7.12, 7.14, 9.7, 9.8, 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, 12.1, 13.1, 13.4, 15.2, 17.7, 19.2, 19.5, 19.6, 19.8, which were formally promulgated by 董事会 order dated August 5, 2024.
